I have heard of this expression but i think there is a differentiation to using someone unsavoury solely for public relations and when one has to be polite and courteous because you feel there maybe a danger from the “enemy”.That olam hasheker i would rather stay well clear of.”One should choose their friends wisely”…Heard of that one? Also just because someone is charismatic doesn’t make them a good person I would be very careful how you judge someone.

To number 1
Ever heard the expression “keep your firends close and your enemies even closer”?
Well, if you could get tony “b-liar” on your side and you could use him for good, then you should. The man has tremendous connections worldwide and he is very charismatic.
Welcome to OILAM HASHEKER. Hop on or stay behind… these are the options.

Tony Blair?? Is this some kind of joke? The damage he has caused to Great Britain Economically and socially is immeasurable. He then turns up as unelected middle east minister doing all kinds of shady deals. This is one character I would not like to see associated with chabad. Unsavoury doesn’t scratch the surface…
