Sparkles Out, Little Toes In

Kingston Avenue – ever evolving.

Little Toes, a popular Crown Heights store, has moved a block over on the neighborhood’s shopping street into a more spacious location.

With the closing of Sparkles Gifts and Party Goods on Kingston Avenue between Empire Blvd. and Montgomery Street, the store front was available for their expansion.

Rochie Sufrin seized the opportunity. Her hosiery and accessories store had outgrown its original location, with customers frequently having to squeeze into the tiny premises to purchase from the selection of socks, tights and hair items.

The new and much larger store carries many items not readily available outside of Crown Heights, such as knee socks, stockings and tichels, so it is a favorite of Shluchos, who receive a complimentary discount on their purchases.

“Our goal is to provide customers with the best customer service possible,” says Sufrin, as she proudly shows the new spacious interior, with neatly organized shelves and displays.

“We greet customers with a smile and help them in any way they might need, from matching their clothing and getting the correct sizing.”

The store features a great selection of hosiery and accessories from babies to adults including men’s socks, from companies like Berkshire, Melas, Me Moi, Condor, Carlino, Trimfit, and more.
