Over the past several years, the Lubavitch Community of East Flatbush/Remsen Village has seen staggering growth, now boasting well over 125 families.
They made the move with their young families in search of a better life, but also with the intention of “expanding” the beloved neighborhood of Crown Heights, their home for many years, and for most, the only home they’ve ever known.
In a truly inspiring revitalization of what was once a thriving Jewish community, the streets of East Flatbush/Remsen Village are again filled with the sweet sounds of Jewish children.
With such growth came growing demand for this young community to accommodate the ever increasing number of families who joined them.
By true Divine intervention, a large building became available, on a busy corner in the center of town.
The community of East Flatbush/Remsen Village has grand plans in place for a beautiful community center which will house a Shul, classrooms, social hall, Mikvah, and much more.
Today, you have the opportunity to make your voice heard, and truly make an impact on the “Expanding of the Shchunah”.
