Beautiful New Mikvah Opens at Anshei Lubavitch Shul

Anshei Lubavitch Shul in Crown Heights celebrated the opening of a brand new Mikvah on Sunday morning with an event at the Shul.

The beautiful state-of-the-art Mikvah was built underneath the Shul which is led by Rabbi Yossi Garelik at 578 Albany Avenue.

The Mikvah is named ‘Mikvah Mashbak’ after R’ Berel Junik obm, who was a devoted mashbak – shamash of the Rebbe. The project was spearheaded by R’ Benny Friedman of Crown Heights.

The mikvah was sponsored by the Junik family in memory of R’ Berel Junik obm, the Gopin family in memory of R’ Baruch Gopin, and R’ Dovi Lesches in memory of his uncle R’ Yeshayahu Lesches obm.

A special thanks to Dovid Hershkowitz for overseeing the project.

The Mikvah is a great addition to the thriving community Shul which holds a Chassidus Shiur at 6:30 am before daily Shacharis at 7:10 am.
