Monday Night, the eve of Yud Tes Kislev, people from all over South Florida joined a Farbrengen hosted by the Boca Raton Synagogue.
The Farbrengen hosted many Rabbonim, Shluchim, and Chabad community members from Boca Raton and neighboring cities, attracting all backgrounds as the Rebbe wished.
Rabbi Sholom Ber Lipsker, Shliach and Rabbi of THE SHUL of Bal Harbour – Surfside, led the Farbrengen together with Rabbi Efraim Goldberg – Mora De’Asra of Boca and the Boca Raton Synagogue and Rabbi Eliyahu Touger – a well known translater of Chassidus.
Rabbi Moshe Wolvovsky, who had just returned from New York where the 1st Yartzeit of his mother Mrs. Raizel Wolvovsky obm was marked, emceed the event. The crowd enjoyed Reb Shlomo Simcha Sufrin‘s heartwarming voice singing Nigunim.
Rabbi Lipsker elaborated on what Chassidus is and why it’s needed and how it affects us all and shared beautiful stories of his first-hand encounters in his day-to-day life on Shlichus demonstrating his points.
