You are responsible for your fellow Jews behavior. not for anyone else. you cannot rob others to give tzedaka. only yidden have the concept of tzibbur. it does not exist for goyim. all of this is halacha. if you plan to vote for any of the above reasons, do not vote. if you plan to vote because you want to push back against the insanity that has been destroying us over the past 7 years, vote.
