The Toldos Aharon Rebbe, Rabbi Dovid Kohn has recently concluded a visit to the Jewish community in Buenos Aires, Argentina, before Elul, the month of mercy and repentance.
Coming from his residence in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Mea Shearim, he met people of all ages in Argentinian shuls, schools and centers of Jewish life.
One of his stops was at the the Beit Midrash Ohel Moshe Yosef, the Chabad kollel for married men which was founded and is funded by local businessman and donor Chaim Eliezer Lapidus.
The Rebbe from Jerusalem was warmly welcomed by a former resident of his city: Rabbi Chanania Yosef Aisenbach, the Rosh Kollel and author of Machne Yosef, a series of in-depth explanations of the Rambam.
Together, the Toldos Aharon Rebbe and Rabbi Aisenbach exchanged ideas in Torah and words of inspiration with members of the kollel closely listening in.
