On Sunday evening, 4 black teenagers wearing masks approached a Jewish man and threw an object at him.
The incident occurred near Crown Street and Albany Avenue at approximately 6:00pm.
Shmira was called and volunteers immediately began to search the area but the group had already fled.
Please be aware of your surroundings at all times, especially now when crime is on the rise. In case of an emergency, call 911 and Shmira 24/7 at 718-221-0303.
Where’s the outcry from the media and the social justice warriors over the daily bias attacks in crown heights? Guess it didn’t fit the narrative of the hypocrites.

For the photo ops there are always ‘heads’ of the community available and their front and centre to make themselves known however when real askonus is required they are somehow nowhere to be found. So the real solution lies within the people themselves there needs to be a major recruitment drive from our local Shmira/Shomrim organisations to recruit at least for the short term as many volunteers as possible to literally walk around in pairs patrolling 24 hours a day seven days a week or driving around in their cars all over Crown heights. Are you just as sick at the actual antisemitic violence targeting our community? If progressives got as sick at actual violence as they did at comments, perhaps this wouldnt be happening.
Only once in these comments does the word “black” or any of its synonyms even appear, and not about the perpetrators but in a different context. The comments are saying that criminals need to be punished. And yet your mind immediately jumps from “criminals” to “black.” I think, if you’re concerned about racists in our community, you might start by looking in a mirror.
Where are the cameras to trace these hoodlums. What crown heights needs is vicious trained dogs. If every block had one or two Jews with such a dog in their back yard and used as shomrim shmirah patrols on pick up trucks.
