Chassidic singer Simche Friedman does not rest for a moment. Following his two recent hit singles, Od Yavo Hayom and Hashem Yishmorcha, he released a new single titled “Yevorechecho.”
This is the ninth single from Friedman’s soon to be released debut album. Unlike most of his songs, Friedman returns to the sweet old taste of ‘Beit Aba’. The result is an authentic Chassidic melody (Ashkenazik accent) with a nostalgic aroma.
Yevorechecho was composed by Moti Rotler (who also composed Choson Kaleh for Friedman) and arranged by the legendary Yuval Stuppel.
The timing of the release is especially appropriate ahead of the holiday of Shavuos. Friedman, who is a kohen, sings the Birchas Kohanim in the song as many Jews in the Diaspora will not be able to attend davening on Shavuos.
