Yes it’s very important to tip your counselor ,I’ve been a counselor for many years and I’ll tell you personally when someone dosent tip it shows something on the person it shows they didn’t really think about there kid that much because If they did think about him the 1st thing that would come to mind would who’s taking care of the there kid then they will immediately think oh wait it’s hard for me to take care of my kid must be really hard to take care of 13 kids all at the same then they would.
