Welcome to Monday Torah on COLlive.com: Exactly 20 years ago, the third to the last Shabbos before Chaf Zayin Adar, the da the Rebbe suffered a stroke, the Rebbe dedicated a talk to describe the state of the orphan who needs to “borrow” a father.
Tonight, Rabbi YY Jacobson, a world renowned lecturer and spiritual leader of Congregation Bais Shmuel Chabad in Brooklyn, dissects that amazing talk.
This talk of the Rebbe explains the strange passage we recite every morning: “Abaye Havah mesader…” It will give you a whole new appreciation of your morning davening and how to feel close to Hashem even when you don’t feel an active relationship.
The class is aired weekly on TheYeshiva.net and on COLlive.com.
