To celebrate the launch of the Lipa Kippah, Lipa and the team behind iKippah are inviting families for an afternoon of free entertainment at Sweet Expressions in Crown Heights.
Complete with a selfie booth, delicious ice cream ‘on the house’ and a live DJ mixing up Lipa’s greatest hits, Sweet Expressions will be transformed into a pop-up shop.
Promoted as the ‘biggest Kippah event of the year’, the LipaKippah pop-up is the first of its kind. Children are invited to hang out with the Hasidic popstar, who will pose for selfies and autograph Kippahs.
Throughout the afternoon, a selfie with Lipa will serve as a golden ticket to receive free ice cream and balloons. Share your photo on social media and enter into a high stakes raffle, details to be announced at the event.
The LipaKippah line features two glow-in-the-dark Kippahs and a Pacman-inspired design with a traditional black fabric on the reverse side, making them appropriate for every occasion. Outside of the upcoming pop-up shop, the Kippahs are sold exclusively online at lipakippah.com.
Event Details: LipaKippah Pop-Up Shop at Sweet Expressions, 310 Kingston Ave, Brooklyn, NY, 3pm-6pm, Sunday 19 June, Sivan 13
