The 7th annual Kinus Mechanchos Chabad and Retreat, taking place י’’ב – י’’ג תמוז, July 11-12, at the Armon Hotel in Stamford, CT, gathers over 300 Mechanchos for a chance to network, rejuvenate and learn from world renowned educators. The Menachem Education Foundation (MEF) together with the Vaad of the Kinus, has curated a unique schedule of workshops and presenters ranging from Chabad Rabbanim and Mashpios, to renowned educators and mental health professionals. There will be sessions for Mechanchos of every age and grade level, including early childhood, elementary, high school, general studies as well as school leaders, on topics that promise to reach every aspect of education today.
Some of the featured presenters at this year’s Kinus include: HaRav Yosef Shusterman, Rav of Anash in Los Angeles and Shliach to Beverly Hills, CA, Rabbi Dr. Eli Tuchman, noted lecturer and Head of School at Yeshivat Mekor Chaim Baltimore, Mrs. Shterna Ginsburg, author of “Your Awesome Self,” Mrs. Henny Bartfield MsEd, and Dr. Hilary Buff, PsyD, school behavior and educational consultant.
To specifically highlight the unique role of today’s Mechanchos, MEF has arranged for Rabbi Yossi Jacobson to address the Mechanchos on “The Power of Educators to Transform Lives.”
In his eloquent style laden with applicable stories, sources and examples, Rabbi Jacobson is a voice of empowerment to educators today. Since this year’s Kinus is centered on the goal to provide Mechanchos with the tools to give a timeless Torah Chinuch to today’s students, this message will honor the major role that Mechanchos play in raising the generation of Geulah.

The upcoming Kinus will also boast a full-day resource fair with the latest educational items, as well as top of the line wigs and special self-care products for Mechanchos.
