12 year old Yoseph Yitzchok Halsband, known as JJ, is a student at Lubavitch Educational Center in Miami, Florida.
For his Jewish Star audition, he sings the English camp classic ‘Oy Rebbe.’
“Since I was a little boy I’ve always liked singing,” says Halsband, “Now that I can join A Jewish Star it’s a really big thing for me.”
His musical inspirations? Singer Avraham Fried and his uncle – Jewish Star finalist Zalmy Levy.
