The Friendship Circle of Brooklyn, under the direction of Rabbi Berel and Chani Majesky, hosted a grand Yud Shvat Farbrengen for its Boys Divison.
Hosted at the all new renovated Geshem Center, the boys gathered for a little pre-Tu B’Shvat activity; planting. Placing soil and seeds in bottles, watering them and having the opportunity to take their little plants home and watch the miracle of creation unfold.
While enjoying hot pizza, Rabbi Chaim Majesky shared a couple of amazing stories of our Rebbe, encouraging the boys and their volunteers to turn to the Rebbe for Brochos whenever they may need.
The program concluded with Niggunim and games.
The Boys Division is directed by Yossi Smoller, who together with over 40 Oholei Torah Bochurim, offer a variety of weekly and monthly programs and events including: Friends@Home, Weekly Chavrusah Program at Oholei Torah Zal, Shabbos Minyan and monthly events and Farbrengens.
We would like to thank the Geshem Center for allowing us the use of their beautiful facility, and a special thank you to the generous donors, without whom, none of this would be possible.

So nice to see “us” include “ours” in the activities of a Chabad Chosid. Go FC and let’s have more boys involved. Message to the Hanholos of Yeshivos: “let our Bochurim go… to Friendship Circle”.
I had the privilege to have Rabbi Majesky as a teacher for 3 amazing years. A warm person, always smiling!
