Today marks the 20th Yahrtzeit since the passing of Rabbi Jacob J. Hecht obm. It is also the day that the Junior Congregation of Los Angeles – the Shul for the kids – by the kids which is named after Rabbi Hecht – announced its final top three medalist of KYY # 9, for being the best Davners of this past year.
