Chabad Girls Academy is ready to jump into a new year of successful, personalized learning! Principal and Director Devorah Leah Kramer has been working tirelessly alongside her amazing staff to bring new and exciting initiatives to school. At CGA, we believe that we must be constantly evaluating what we have to offer our students and improve upon it.
Our curriculum developer Chaya Mitz has chosen a beautiful state of the art curriculum and is fine tuning the academic corner ensuring it covers all levels and learning styles. The curriculum covers all Kodesh and Chol subjects.
To ensure that the girls get a strong chassidishe chinuch, program director Mrs. Chani Wise (Gajer) creates a custom program with each of our students. We encourage the girls to explore their connection to Hashem and the Rebbe, challenging them to work on themselves and find what sparks their love for Yiddishkeit.
Another integral part of chinuch is teaching our students about their emotional and physical well being. CGA’s Elective Life Skills program accomplishes this on so many levels! We teach independent learning, team building, social skills training, communication skills, and taking responsibility for ourselves and our actions.
Our electives include Jiu Jitsu, taught by a trained Jiu Jitsu instructor. If Chas V’shalom someone finds themselves in a compromised situation, they should have the confidence and skills to defend themselves! We offer sewing, embroidery, sports, gardening, typing and drama.
Creating something with your own hands, having a way to express yourself using various modalities, and exploring your inner strength are all essential ingredients in growing and learning.
We are excited for the year ahead and can not wait to see our students shine and grow!
