A recent event at Yeshiva Ketana in Brunoy celebrated the distribution of diplomas and prizes for the students who participated in five learning Mivtzas held in the Yeshiva.
This included learning: Maseches Shabbos Leiyun and Girsa by heart, the mamorim learned in class with the explanations of the mashpiim learned by heart, the study of Tanya by heart, and the study of a whole volume of Likkutei Sichos.
The menahel of Yeshiva ketana, Rabbi Yoel Eidelman, hosted the event. The menahel of Yeshiva, Rabbi Nemanow, and the rosh yeshiva Rabbi Kalmenson explained the role of talmidim in yeshiva and encouraged them to continue giving nachas to the Rebbe.
It was with lots of emotion that the students were called up together with their parents to receive their prize for participation and a ticket to New York to the Rebbe.
All the participants gave a standing ovation to the students Aaron Eisenbach and Levi Yitzchok Dahan who studied the entire Tanya by heart.
The MC thanked all the Rabbanim, Mashpiim, and shluchim for their devotion to the students throughout the year, and for the organization of this Mivtza. He also thanked the hanhala of yeshiva Rabbi Gurewich and Rabbi Drookman for all their efforts in the development of the Yeshiva.
