i hope the bakery will bake on premises, so we can smell that delicious aroma all around. i am a bit saddened by the high loaf pricing, but look forward to finding cool, delicious, healthy no-add-ons breads and pastries. and i hope the personnel that man the place will have a cool, welcoming, gracious demeanor as well.

The real deal

I’ve always dreamed of paying $7-8 for a loaf of bread. It will go very well with Crown Heights rent prices (see separate article)
