It means to visualize the specific occasion HE was by the Rebbe. if someone was never zoche he has nothing specific in a personal way.
Of course everyone should do it… Its not a contradiction
i’m curius to know, why only people who had the grate zchus to see the rebe ”should visualize standing infront of the Rebe?
if some one can answer i’ll be very thankfull.
