After Lighting of the Menorah, dancing and a delicious spread, The Center For Judaism in the Lower Fraser Valley of British Columbia turned into the busiest Iron Chef Chanuka Stadium.
Simie Schtroks, shlucha and co-director of C4J presented the teams and spectators with 3 secret ingredients and a variety of foods and spices that were to be used in creating the competing 3 dishes.
During the busy hour, Chanukah songs were led by Avi Amrani, Ben Roling and Yaakov Dar together with Rabbi Schtroks.
Interviews of the chefs and their teams were conducted and young Ethan Dreyshner helped keep time.
Spectators were able to participate in judging prominence of the secret ingredient, appearance and creativity.
Thank you judges Abraham Amrani, Chef Aaron Gehrman, Ben Roling, Naomi Nelson who were also able to judge on taste and originality.
Chef Marat Dreyshner and Ella Dreyshner emerged as the Iron Chef once again.
