This week in JEM's Living Torah: President John F. Kennedy established in March 1961 the United States Peace Corps as "a source of satisfaction to Americans." In a Farbrengen thereafter, the Lubavitcher Rebbe used the idea as a metaphor for Shlichus - people who set out to remote regions to help others. Video

We miss him so much, his farbrengs , his smiles, his time that he set aside for each one of us, to greet us on sundays, and yomtovim, or even in reading or answering our letters.
