Creating one’s own shofar was a great start to the new school year for Crown Heights 8th graders, as the students of OTEG and Chayolei Bais Dovid joined for a very meaningful and creative shofar factory.
“Sawing, drilling varnishing… it was an absolute thriller!” said one student, as Rabbi Michoel Alburkerk directed the students through an amazing experience, which they will hopefully bring to many people on Mivtzoim.
