The 770 Gabboim have announced that the daily Minyanim in 770 will continue to take place with 10 people chosen by lottery.
“According to the decision of the Gabboim and Rabbonim, the Rebbe MHM’s Minyan in 770 will continue to take place with a ‘Minyan Mitzumtzum’ at the regular times (Shachris 10, Mincha 3:15, Maariv 9:30.) within the guidelines set by the city and state of NY,” they wrote.

The raffle will iyh be made every evening at 8 for the next day and the winners will receive a message accordingly, they wrote.

The NYPD 71st Precinct has reminded residents that if you are not designated to Daven in the Shul, do not stand outside.
“Please do not come to 770 because you will not be allowed inside, and there is still to be no congregating outside until the CDC restrictions are lifted,” he said.
“We prefer not to have to disperse crowds, especially while they are praying, so please do not remain and congregate outside if you are not allowed into the Synagogue,” he said.
Concerned at who’s going to keep gate-crashers out, though. And how will that be done successfully without creating a chillul Hashem?
