A young Jewish boy was reported missing in the Hancock Park area of Los Angeles on Sunday evening.
He was last seen at around 8:00 PM and was wearing a superhero yarmulke, a blue polo shirt and khaki pants.
Hatzalah of Los Angeles is leading the search and has requested the community help in searching for him.
“Please come to Mansfield and Oakwood if available,” a message read.
“The entire community has come out with cars and we are all driving up and down,” one member of the Chabad community told COLlive.com. “There are Jews here from all walks of life who are helping out at this late hour.”
The public was asked to say Tehillim for Menachem Mendel Ben Chaya Sarah Malka. Kapital 7 and 20.
At 10:19 PM, Hatzalah reported that the boy was found and is safe. The news was welcomed with great relief by all people involved. Some even danced in the street.

Such wonderful achdus. Yidden from all over the city and valley, Observant and not yet observant, showed up. Literally thousands. When he was found, there was thunderous applause by the command center set up by shmira, magen am and Hatzalah.
Such achdus deserves Literally the geulah ha’omitis v’hashleima!
But surely, the house was thoroughly searched first? How did they miss him? Poor kid, he must have been so confused when he woke up and wandered in to the balagan. and his family probably couldn’t believe their eyes.
A good ending, BH!!
He buried himself under a pile of clothes
A police dog found him
Boruch Hashem for good news!!
May we wake up from this long galus!
Thank you Heshem
