It’s cold. It’s dark. Who needs a bit of a pick-me-up this winter?
Join us at our fifth annual Melava Malka, celebrating half a decade of serving the women of Crown Heights. When The Beis Medrash Women’s Circle opened its doors in the winter of 2012, it was clear that it was filling a need, and since then, our niche has only grown. Women of all ages, and from across the community’s spectrum, come to our weekly Wednesday class and our many special events throughout the year.
We’re celebrating the community we have built together and the opportunities for further growth in the coming year.
Chazak! Toby Brikman will share her challenges and triumphs and how we can all become stronger. Sara Esther Crispe will talk about taking care of ourselves, before attempting our many other roles.
Mix a load of inspiration, a barrel of fun and lots of scrumptious milchig food, and you’ve got our biggest bash of the year. You don’t want to miss this.

Toby is indeed an incredible person. We can all only aspire to keep marching, no matter what, the way Toby does!
Toby, What a wonderful choice to present you as CHAZAK speaker. I am so proud of you, and I know that you will inspire everyone to become stronger and more secure in facing a future that provides a glimmer of hope, a silver lining. Toby, words are insufficient to fully express my admiration for you. Thanks for sharing, for being a beacon of light and hope.
