600 people listened as the world renowned author of over seventy books and expert in addictive behavior praised the Rebbe’s shluchim for their selfless dedication.
Speaking at a dinner for Yeshiva Schools of Pittsburgh, Rabbi Dr. Abraham J. Twerski said that it was because of the selfless dedication he saw in the late Rabbi Sholom Posner, founder of the Yeshiva Schools in Pittsburgh, that he decided to move his family to Pittsburgh and to send his children to the Yeshiva schools.
Rabbi Twerski praised the education of the Yeshiva Schools and the selfless dedication of Rabbi Yisroel Rosenfeld, the Dean of the Yeshiva schools and the head shliach to western Pennsylvania for his continued selfless dedication the Jewish community.
Zev Rudolph, Chairman of the United Jewish Federation in Pittsburgh praised the great work of the Yeshiva schools and the superb education his children are receiving.
Shlomo Jacobs, who recently moved to Pittsburgh for the superb education that the school offers, spoke glowingly of a phenomenal school and exclaimed “my kids are all happy.”
Also speaking at the Yeshiva Dinner was Rabbi Rosenfeld, Head Shliach to te city, who praised the staff at the Yeshiva for an outstanding job.
Sarah Twerski, daughter of Rabbi Twerski and a Yeshiva graduate and parent of Yeshiva graduates, praised the Yeshiva for being more than just a school, but a community and way of life.
Dan Onorato the Allegheny county Commissioner and Luke Ravenstahl the Mayor of Pittsburgh applauded and praised the work and dedication of the Yeshiva and the positive impact it has on the community.
They also invited & publicly thanked the bus driver from the lag baomer trip !

what an accomplishment. I don’t know any other Jewish Community that has reached heights like Pittsburgh has thanks to Yeshiva and its dedicated staff. Keep up the good work!
