It is quite misleading - reply to #2

The sub-header on the article reads; “A kohen, who is a reckless driver, might not be permitted to do Birchas Kohanim” , and also the way RW speaks at 1:50 on the video makes it sound as if there are many cases where a kohen cannot duchen – and this is simply not true. Rabbu Wilhelm did NOT say that a reckless driver who is a cohen cannot duchen,,he mentioned only machlokes Mechaber and Rema regarding “Kohen shehorag es hanefesh” a cohen who killed by mistake a person in a n accident, He did mention, however in name of Rabbi Vozner Shlita that every person must obey the rules of speed limits posted by the government, but he did noit say that a reckless driver who is a cohen cannot duchen.

What nonsense.

There is no basis halachically, for saying that a kohen who is a reckless driver and has not killed anybody, cannot duchen – no such thing. If somebody believes there is a mokor for such a position, please post it clearly.
We might also mention the Alter Rebbe’s position in OC:128 when speaking about these halochos.
