The price of diesel effects everything in our economy. Farmers need diesel to run machinery to produce crops. Every food item shipped needs diesel for it to be shipped, whether by air, sea, rail, or road. Biden inherited a country that was energy independent. By executive order on the first day, he changed that. He has rightfully earned his below basement approval ratings and he and his party will be ousted in 2022 and 2024. Hopefully President Trump in 2025 will be able to pull our country (and the world) out of recession with pro-growth pro-human objectives and policies.
