Who Forged Shemtov’s ‘Hechsher’?
A serious Kashrus forgery was found this week by Israel's National Law Enforcement. A new sparkling drink called Grozenckiboket, manufactured in Ukraine, hit store shelves in Israel boasting the label "Supervision of Rabbi Avraham Shemtov and Chief Rabbinate of Israel." Ive seen recently in London an energy drink like red bull, called “XL” with that same logo of kashrus as it wasnt recognisable I told people not to buy it.
who would ever buy a drink with this name?!?!
Did R’ Shemtov ever give a hechsher or do kashros? then why would they try to forged his name? They’d be better of writing By Yossi Brook or Don Yoel Levy
