All butchers in CH are (Not Choshud at all, they are) all OK
if the owner is a frei person the store is almost guaranteed not trustworthy.
Todays hashgochos are one big money making joke. The mashgichim are not trustworthy and the overseeing boards are just not careful enough.
The only e-ven haboichen is if the owner is frum and yeri shomayim. (and even then there is no guarantee)
we can basically not buy any meat there. they always rwrap their meat and NEVER is there a Mashgiach in sight.
