My friends from Pittsburgh went too and they too made a major Kiddush Lubavitch and are in touch w many frm the convention until now.
It is not only BRHS.
When I was in high school (Bais Rivkah) I was part of the group of girls who went to Toronto. We were on the bus with the girls from Yeshiva Of Brooklyn. The could not get enough of us. We sang all the way and they were extremely impressed with what we had to offer. They loved the Chassidishe feeling that we conveyed to them.

The kiddish Hashem we Bais Rivkah Girls made in 1991 in Montreal , when We won the chidon on hilchos Shabbos from over 400 Bais Yakov girls, we had the Zechus to win and show that in chabad the girls ” kenen Lernen” , Bais rivka won! So Morah Swerdlov turns to Rabbi Stavsky and says ” and Halacha too”! Meaning , in chabad the girls can learn well as well! Our mivtzoyim on Fridays doesn’t take away from our Talmud Torah ! And I still remember the Bais Rivkah girls and the impression they made. We all wanted to sit near them, to be near them. Ashreichen! Real dugmaos chayos.

I remember when bais rivkah crown heights girls came to montreal convection i was in 7th grade they brought such a warmth and chayis it truly was beautiful
