The Wellesley-Weston Chabad (WWC) in Massachusetts, which has been operating for 20 years under the leadership of Shluchim Rabbi Moshe and Geni Bleich, is running a matching grants campaign to expand its services.
“We are most excited to announce that Wellesley Weston Chabad has begun a new era in our growth and development!” said Rabbi Bleich. “With your help, we can build and reach new and higher heights.”
He announced that “an ambitious campaign” to expand the Chabad center to include a state-of-the-art mikvah, the very first one in Wellesley which is a half an hour drive from Boston.
The building plans include the construction of suites for local Jewish students of Wellesley College, Babson College, and the campus of Massachusetts Bay Community College. Rabbi Bleich said the goal is to make guests “feel comfortable in a kosher/Shabbos environment.”
