Aliyah Girls in conjunction with Neshamos and Crown Heights Young Entrepreneurs (CHYE) will present an evening on finding your ideal career path, geared towards young girls and women on Tuesday, March 2.
This event will help attendees understand what factors to consider when choosing a career as well as techniques for identifying one’s personal strengths and talents.
A goal of this event is to help youth in our community attain satisfying careers so they can feel productive and fulfilled and become contributing members of society, organizers said.
The event will be led by Natasha Srulowitz and Adele Dubin of Wayfind. WayFind’s mission is to empower community members to choose career paths that best suit their interests, skills, strengths and values.
Natasha Srulowitz is an experienced technology start-up executive with previous roles at Garage Technology Ventures and enterprise software companies in the fintech and data analytics sectors. Natasha held a board position at her local Jewish day school and co-led a $12mm campaign. She was responsible for launching and managing the Microenterprise Program at the Hebrew Free Loan Society and has successfully developed the entrepreneur advisory program for the Exceed Network incubator. She is a business mentor for the OU Impact Accelerator and is a graduate of Columbia Business School.
Adele Dubin worked in management consulting for several years before going in-house to do strategic planning at American Express, then business development, and new industry development, where she was part of the team that negotiated and implemented the Costco/Amex partnership. Adele continued on to do venture capital with one of the co-founders of Priceline. Adele took a 10-year hiatus to raise her children and kept herself busy as an active member in the Women’s League of her children’s schools and volunteering for Shalom Task Force and Magen Li. Adele is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
