Students of Ohr Menachem Cheder in Crown Heights hopped excitedly off the bus while continuing to catch up and reminisce with their friends about their summer experiences on the first day of school.
Following a short line-up they poured into the lunchroom for the annual welcome assembly, where they are invigorated to utilize the ‘Eis Ratzon’ this auspicious time when the king Hashem is ‘in-the-field’. This was reinforced with all listening intently to the ‘wake-up-call’ of the Shofar!
After which all were dismissed to their respective classes.
