Chabad Shluchim attending the Kinus Hashluchim this weekend will have an additional amenity available to them upon their arrival.
Kāmin Health, the company that operates Crown Heights Urgent Care located at 555 Lefferts Avenue, is proud to annouce that any Shliach wishing to be seen by a medical provider can come in free of charge.
“The Kāmin Health family is very appreciative for the tireless work Chabad does worldwide, and has benefited from Chabad personally on many occasions. This is a small way of saying thank you,” the company’s spokesperson said.
“Chabad Shluchim have played an essential role in helping Kāmin Health get situated in many of our current locations by providing support and offering time out of their busy schedules to help ensure that our facilities are maximizing their potential while simultaneously providing an incredible service to the community, and for this we are forever grateful,” they said.
Kāmin Health encourages any shliach wishing to be seen by one of their providers to reach out to our community liaison and local Crown Heights resident Yosef Hershkop.
“At Kāmin Health we take pride in our beautiful state of the art facilities and our professional, highly trained, and caring medical team. We are confident that you will be impressed with our services,” they said.
While Urgent Care centers are often perceived as a place to run into if you just don’t have time, Kāmin Health believes not in just swift and seamless care, but to also make sure that every visitor and patient feel comfortable while being cared for.
The Crown Heights location boasts a large play area for children, comfortable chairs and complimentary coffee, tea, and ice cold bottles of water so there is something for everyone.
On behalf of Kāmin Health and Crown Heights Urgent, Care we welcome you and hope you have a safe and enjoyable stay!

Hi everyone,
Thanks for the kind words. We are gratified that people understand what we are offering here and that’s what keeps us going. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me with any questions yosef@kaminhealth.com and my cell at 1-347-349-1374
This is so thoughtful! As a shlucha from out of the country, I have in the past spent hundreds of dollars on doctors fees for myself or my children while in CH for the kinus.
May nobody need your services, but your generosity is so touching to us out there.
No words – Kudos – they deserve it!
Though I’m insured in NY and don’t foresee the need for myself, I’m very appreciative at this amazing gesture and service.
Spectacular planning for Hashem’s shluchim.
