Starting from Rosh Chodesh Kislev the Yeshiva went up a gear, with nonstop special Shiurim and Farbrengens by guest Rabonim and Mashpiim, including Rabbi Yosef Braun, Rabbi Yehoram Ulman, Rabbi Berel Levin, Rabbi Asi Speigel, Reb Sholom Mordechai Rubashkin and Rabbi Michoel Lerner. In addition to the ongoing Shiurim and Farbrengens by the Yeshiva’s staff.
Some of the highlights were:
· Rabbi Shimon Dexter’s Farbrengen nearly every night of Kislev.
· 24 hours of Farbrengens over Yud Tes – Chof Kislev, in Yeshiva, Rabbi Winner’s Shull in Brighton Beach, and Rabbi Sternberg’s house.
· The Shabbaton with Reb Sholom Mordechai Rubashkin.
Most of the Bochurim are currently on track to finish the entire Maseches Shabbos (157 Dafim) by the end of the year. They will be tested on the first 50 Dafim early in Teves.
