Ukraine President at Lighting

Hundreds joined for a Chanukah menorah lighting ceremony with Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko and his family at a Synagogue in Odessa.

Shliach Rabbi Avraham Wolf invited the President, who he remarked is responsible for the country’s religious freedom, to light the Menorah – also a symbol of freedom.
