On Tuesday evening, November 16, over one hundred and fifty guests gathered at Main House Bar & Restaurant in Brooklyn, NY.
It was the 41st annual gala of Tzivos Hashem, the largest global Jewish Children’s organization that enriches the lives of children from all backgrounds, giving them access to the richness of the Jewish heritage.
Dr. Marcia Robbins-Wilf was presented with the Guest of Honor Award. A long-standing pillar of support, Dr. Wilf is a cherished friend of Tzivos Hashem & The Jewish Children’s Museum.
Zelda & Howard Kastin were presented with the Couple of the Year Award for dedicating themselves to the activities of Tzivos Hashem for more than 35 years, recognizing the importance of educating Jewish children.
Main House Kosher Restaurant & Bar was presented with the Community Builders Award
for their dedication to the children of our communities by supporting the activities of Tzivos Hashem.
Yoseph Yitzchak & Bat-Sheva Popack were presented with the Chairman Award, for continuing to change the lives of children globally through their staunch support and dedication to the children of Tzivos Hashem.
Awardees were presented with a beautiful Tzedakah Box Award by Executive Director, Rabbi Yerachmiel Benjaminson, Rabbis Sholom Ber Baumgarten and Mendel Spalter.
The program, including cocktails, dinner and a silent auction, was emceed by Rabbi Dr. Jack Cohen.
The highlight of the evening was a musical Kumzitz with world-renowned Chassidic singer Avraham Fried, as well as a presentation by a child of Tzivos Hashem.
Guests walked away inspired by the amazing work that Tzivos Hashem does around the world while enjoying a beautiful and exciting evening.
