Are you a new teacher, or have you considered a career in chinuch? The Menachem Education Foundation’s Teacher Induction Program may be for you!
This yearlong program professionally trains teachers in their first three years in the classroom. The curriculum outlines the pedagogical skills and provides the support that leads to success in the classroom.
Separate program tracks for men and women are led respectively by Rabbi Zelig Silber, veteran teacher and sought after teacher mentor, Mrs. Chanah Rose, veteran teacher in a variety of settings and Educational Director at MEF.
Men’s and women’s programs follow different schedules and structures, both launching on August 17th – 2 Elul, with the men’s program taking place live in Crown Heights and the women’s program taking place online in a live, interactive virtual classroom. Accreditation is also available.
If you’re a new or aspiring teacher looking for the tools and support to enable you to make the difference you’ve dreamed of, consider applying to the Menachem Education Foundation’s Teachers Induction Program. Limited scholarships are available for candidates who apply by June 9th, so take the first step now to Make Chinuch your Shlichus™.

Sometimes I walk down the street and notice an exceptional Rebbi taking his class to the museum, ice-cream store, park, etc.. It has happened more than once that when I inquired as to who the Rebbi is, I was told that he had taken the MEF training program.
In addition, as a parent, it gives me a tremendous amount of security to know that my child’s teacher has gone through a rigorous training program that is so helpful, effective, practical, etc. to their teaching!
I’m a second year teacher and MEF made a big difference in my teaching. It was a very enjoyable and valuable year. Thank you Chana Rose and MEF!
