On Motzoei Shabbos, Rosh Chodesh Kislev, a Melava Malka took place in Yeshivas Toras Emes of Jerusalem in honor of the Yom Tov.
The crowd of over 200 Anash and Yiden of all types enjoyed a Seuda, while listening to local Rabbanim and members of the Yeshiva’s hanhala share their thoughts and feelings about the day. Between speeches, nigunim were sung with great joy.
The Seuda was followed by a chassidishe Farbrengen with Rabbi Avrohom Maizlish of Kfar Chabad. The crowd listened with interest as he shared his memories form the original Rosh Chodesh Kislev.
The event was organized by the Shluchim to Yeshivas Toras Emes.
