To me it seems like the Rebbe said it in 5746 so how did 5749 get mixed in here?
This unity Shabbos, needs clarification: To make a “unity” Shabbos is a great idea and should be done more often. But: Choosing THIS Shabbos as a “instruction” from the Rebbe – is misleading! It was one particular year (5749) that the Rebbe did this. Not the year after nor the year after that. Someone just found this Sichah of 5749 and made it as if “the rebbe wants this Shabbos Bamidbar to be Achdus”. This is incorrect!
