there has to be some way to make this project instead of incidental to become more focused streamlined albeit very small but on the road in any shape

according the fbi schools that have some sort of moment of silence have lower crime rates
excellent work! at least someone is doing the Rebbe’s Ratzon selflessly etc.
There are 13 schools in NYC that are auctually doing it now because of Rabbi Franks work. There are many in Crown Heights, e.g. the public school behind lefferts park.
