Seems like a truely awe-inspiring experience. A Rebbe has Ruach Hakodesh, they don’t need training for these things L’havdil!

To use this expression is belittling the Rebbe’s greatness. The Rebbe had Ruach Hakodesh because he was such a great and holy tzaddik. I once handed the Rebbe a letter which was from my husband. I did not know what my husband wrote in that letter but as soon as I gave the Rebbe the sealed envelope the Rebbe proceeded to answer the question my husband asked in his letter. Mr. hoffinger, was he “trained” for this as well???

the "trained " or not isn't important

Hashem should help us all the time. The Rebbe should as well

I hadn’t said or written anything about lying to her but the rebbe read my thoughts. Also it was ok after rosh hashana as the rebbe said it would… Read more »

What is that supposed to mean? “Trained”?? The Rebbeim “read minds” as you put it, not because of some magic trick but because they are Tzaddikim! What does “trained” supposed to mean?

As far as i know, all the ‘Chabad’ (others?) Rebbeiim’ were trained to read minds.
