Did the Rebbe encourage (frum) yidden to celebrate Thanksgiving?

The Bal Shem Tov thought that from everything one sees and hears one must
learn a ‘lesson in his/her service of Hashem’.

Many a time, the Rebbe learns lessons from non-Jewish/secular events.  This

I don’t believe that the Rebbe encourages yiden to celebrate this.

Thank you Rebbe!
