This week’s episode focuses on R’ Zalmen Dovid Homliner, a notable Oived in Tomchei Temimim during the era of the Rebbe Rashab. R’ Zalmen Dovid was renowned for his exceptional dedication to “iskafya” and “avoidas hatfilah.” His intense commitment to these principles was so profound that it ultimately took a toll on his health, leading to his premature passing.

Very nice! Both the stories and the nigun. Thank you very much!
You had me crying as i remember being by the rebbe in fabrengen when this nigun was sung.
I can never forget the fabrengens with the rebbe that went on for hours and took us to another world.
You just gave us a little taste of that other world
This also reminded me of a bachur whose last name was Sklar, who at age 13 was repeating the shabbos fabrengen to me word for word as the rebbe had said it. This bochur had a photographic memory.
