Mrs. Terry Weingarten, a Crown Heights resident and mother of a Lubavitch family, passed away Friday, Tammuz 20, 5771.
She was 82.
She is survived by her children Rabbi Yosef Weingarten – Grand Rapids, Michigan, Mrs. Rochel Okunov – Crown Heights, R’ Menachem Mendel Weingarten – Crown Heights, R’ Levi Weingarten – Crown Heights and Rabbi Yisroel Weingarten – Flint, Michigan.
The levaya will take place Sunday at 10:00 AM from Shomrei Hadas Chapels, passing 770 Eastern Parkway at 10:45 AM to the Old Montefiore cemetery in Queens.
The Weingarten/Okunov family is sitting Shiva at 717 Crown St.

She was a very devoted wife and mother, I remember her walking all the time down Crown St with her husband Rabbi Weingarten A”H, they were a very special couple, very devoted to the Rebbe.
