A Jewish man was almost stabbed in the neck in a frightening incident on Friday afternoon in Crown Heights.
The shocking incident occurred near Eastern Parkway and Kingston Avenue at approximately 2PM. The perpetrator was trespassing into multiple properties and then broke into a car.
When the vehicle’s owner and a nearby witness confronted the thug, he began to flee – but he then suddenly lunged at the witness while swinging a 6 inch knife in his hand and attempted to stab the victim in the neck.
Miraculously, even with the motion and attempt to stab his victim, the knife somehow missed and the victim instead received injuries from the blow.
The perpetrator is described as a black teen wearing a white tank top, blue shorts, black and yellow Jordan sneakers and a N95 mask on his forehead.
Crown Heights Shmira was able to obtain a clear image of the perpetrator and the public is urged to be cautious and immediately report any sightings of the suspect.

Even when there is occasionally a police presence until Easter Parkway, I have NEVER seen ANY police presence once crossing over Easter Parkway in the direction of Atlantic Avenue.
The police protection concept is all but the past, at least in NY anyways. It’s up to our community leaders to put focus and funds to protect us.
Recently many cars were burglarized, where the police when needed? Why they are not looking around for the thug? Or hanging their faces around CH wanted for crime…

A realistic look at what CH looks like today: Continued additions of large shelters for drug addicts and psychos, New housing bldgs for illegal immigrants, No police presence at all on most streets of Jewish ch, No arrests or jail time for most crimes- even when criminal is caught by local volunteers, No oversight over serious and increasingly frequent traffic infringements like driving through red lights.. what could possibly go wrong??
