On Sunday, August 29, Chabad of Sugar Land, Texas, led by Rabbi Mendel and Chaya Feigenson, celebrated their 10th anniversary at their annual dinner.
In attendance were Texas head shliach Rabbi Shimon Lazaroff and various dignitaries.
At the event Mr. and Dr. Steven and Robin Weltman were honored for their great support and friendship of Chabad.
Chasidic singer Yoni Zigelbaum of New York gave an outstanding performance, getting everyone up in spirited dancing.
Recently I got to know the Rabbi and his kind wife, and I think both R wonderful people, and no doubt they R doing a great Job
and G-d ‘s work providing the community in that part of Houston with prayer and the wisdom in the Torah ofrajannette@yahoo.com.
Congratulations to Mendy and Chaya — the work started in charlotte and went to Texas–y’all are so lucky to have this couple in Sugarland
