Over 250 people gathered Sunday, December 9th on the 2nd night of Chanuka for an evening of tribute to Chabad of the South Hills at the Pittsburgh Marriott.
With the dinner theme “Light up the Night,” guests enjoyed an elegant ‘Feast of the Nations Buffet,’ featuring delicacies from various nationalities, including Italian, Israeli, American, and Japanese.
Participants enjoyed musical entertainment by violinist Andres Cardenes accompanied by pianist Luz Manriquez.
Shluchim Mendy and Batya Rosenblum thanked supporters and presented awards to honorees Benjamin Friedlander – Young Leadership Award, Geoffrey and Laurie Gerber – Lamplighters Award and “Maccabees in our Times” Tributes to Mr. Alan Frank and Mr. Lewis Winnecour.
